How to reward your team at the end of a project

Rewarding your staff for a job well done might seem like an obvious thing to do, but once your business starts to become busier with customers and clients, it can be difficult to find the time to do this. When your staff feel supported and respected they will more often than not be more productive. This in turn then means more profits for your business. Happier staff make for a happier more productive business.

There are some great ways that you can reward your staff at the end of a project and here are a few of them for you to have a look through.

Team Gifts – These can be found from places like Miller and Co and come in a variety of packages. You can get gifts that are identical for each employee that has worked on the project, or you might want to get something that is tailored to the likes of each person.

Bonus – some businesses will operate a bonus scheme for when projects have been completed on time and had a positive outcome. This can be a good option but over time the money may become less important to your employees and may not be a driver for them to be more productive.

Working lunch – another way that you can reward staff is to have a company cater a nice buffet lunch and invite the project team to come together and enjoy a nice lunch to celebrate the end of the project and its successful completion.
